Good value, very close to the Metro, easy check in. Comfortable room with a kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits a nice touch. Despite building works next door, it was a quiet room so the windows did a good job of keeping the noise out.

This was our second stay with this hote. During our first visit we got a nice spacious room. however during the second visit we recived the very small room with tiny bathroom. When i booked it says the big room but they have gave us very small room. Not worth for the price. Hotel staff is very cunning as they advertised misleading information.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and overall were satisfied with our experience. The location is quite good. It is close to public transport stops and the suburban train station, from where you can easily travel to nearby towns such as Sintra. This made it very convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Many architectural attractions are within walking distance — about 30 minutes away — so the location is generally very comfortable for sightseeing. There is also a very nice Italian restaurant on the neighboring street, and nearby you can find a place that sells traditional Portuguese pastries, which was a lovely bonus during our stay. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which created a welcoming atmosphere.

Location...steps from the Saldanha metro station (take the Duque d'avila exit and the hotel will be in front of you across the boulevard). Room is a decent size with places to put luggage. Shower is great. Beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast decent although if you choose not to have breakfast at the hotel, the Jeronimo Cafe across the street has great choices. Restaurants, bakeries, cafés, supermarkets are within a one block radius.

The room was very big and clean

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were extremely clean and Breakfast was very good. Great value for money for a 2 star hotel, it should be a 3 star in my opinion.

Great location. Good breakfast. Comfortable room Bonus was we were allowed to wait in a common room on departure day as it was raining heavy and our flight wasn't til late. That was a real bonus. Also allowed us to drop off baggage in their storage room when we arrived and same for going back.
